Before you sign up
Do I pay per branch or per user?
Per branch. Add as many attendants, plant operators and couriers as you need — charging you per staff member would just encourage sharing logins, which breaks the audit trail this product exists to keep.
What happens when the 14 days end?
The business stays, the data stays, and you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted and no card is charged automatically, because you never gave us one.
How do my customers pay?
Card and mobile money through Paystack, cash at the counter through the POS, or from a wallet balance if you have issued them a credit note. Subscriptions renew against a saved authorisation.
Can I run only the car wash, or only the laundry?
Yes. You pick at registration and only that catalogue is created. You can turn the other one on later without starting again.
Do I need to buy special tags?
No. QR labels printed on ordinary label stock are enough to start. The tag code is stored independently of the format, so moving to RFID later does not invalidate your history.
Is the price list fixed?
No. Registration gives you a starter list at Accra market rates so you are not staring at an empty table. Every price is editable, per item, per service, per turnaround and per branch.
What if I already have a customer list?
Customers create themselves on first order, so nothing has to be imported to start trading. For a bulk import of existing account customers, talk to us.
